SUNDAY NIGHT DETAILS Location: Freimann Square – Downtown Fort Wayne 201 E. Main St., Fort Wayne, IN 46802 We gather under the train tracks next to the parking lot. Time: Sunday evenings. • Arrive by 5:45 pm to set up. • At 6:00 pm, we begin with a short message and prayer, followed by the meal. What to Bring: • Prepared meal (main dish, sides, and dessert suggested) • Serving utensils • Drinks (optional) What We Provide: Tables, plates, to-go containers, napkins, plasticware, and water. Parking & Setup: When you arrive, look for the group gathered under the train tracks. Park nearby, unload, and set up at that spot. How Many to Prepare For: • Winter: 50–75 people per week • Summer: 150–200 people per week Numbers can vary. We’ll confirm a more accurate estimate before your scheduled date. We recommend preparing for the higher number, as many return for seconds or take a meal to-go. Additional Notes: • Set aside a few meals before the feed starts to ensure late arrivals can still receive one. If these aren’t needed, it’s fine to offer seconds. • Serve one meal per person. Some may ask for two or to take food home for others. They may return for seconds if there’s enough remaining. Our goal is to make sure everyone gets a meal. Questions?
